Main Bag Fabric —1 yard quilting cotton 43/44” width
Front Pocket — 1 piece 7.5” wide X 6.5” high
Vinyl — 1 piece 15” wide by 19” high
Interior:
Lining — quilting cotton — 1 yard 43/44” width
Stabilizers:
For exterior fabric — Pellon 987F White Fusible Fleece — 1/2 yard 44” width, if not quilting
For exterior fabric — IF QUILTING—quilt batting of your choosing— 1/2 yard
Interfacing — SF101 or Wovenfuse 2 — 3/4 yard @ 43” width, or twice that amount if your
interfacing is 21” in width. Also 1 piece 5/8” wide by 49” long
For bag bottom — Decovil Heavy — 2—11” by 1” pieces; you can use Peltex if you want, or
for a stronger bottom a stiffener of your choice.
Straps:
Polypropylene webbing— 3 yards of 1” wide, or enough to make 2 –1” X 49” straps
Quilting cotton — used to back the webbing straps—2 @ 1.5” X 50”
Hardware:
Magnetic snap—1 if using optional magnetic snap closure
Rivets—8 double cap
Metal Zipper end or 1” X 2” vinyl tab
Zippers:
1—#5, or #4.5 16” zipper if using optional zipper top closure, or 16” nylon coil zipper tape and
one zipper pull.
Miscellaneous:
Double sided tape (DST), fabric glue, scissors, thread clippers, rotary cutter and mat, quilt ruler, and other miscellaneous notions as needed for sewing.
